Terms of Use

These terms govern platform access, account usage, creator submissions, moderation, and enforcement.

1. Acceptance and scope

By using Face-Off, you agree to these terms and the related Privacy and Content Policy pages. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

  • These terms apply to browsing, account creation, submissions, moderation, and support interactions.
  • Additional product or partner terms can apply to external store links and third-party services.

2. Accounts and security

You are responsible for account credentials and all activity under your account.

  • Use accurate account information and keep recovery methods current.
  • Do not share credentials or bypass security controls.
  • Report unauthorized access immediately through account security channels.

3. Submissions and licenses

You may only submit content you own or are licensed to distribute.

  • You grant Face-Off a non-exclusive license to host, review, cache, and display submissions on platform surfaces.
  • You are responsible for metadata accuracy: title, description, permissions, and license selection.
  • Submission publication is not guaranteed and remains subject to moderation policy.

4. Prohibited conduct

The following behavior is not allowed:

  • Malware, exploit kits, credential theft, deceptive redirect flows, or fraudulent listings.
  • Impersonation, stolen assets, fabricated claims, or manipulated review activity.
  • Illegal material, hate content, targeted harassment, or abusive behavior toward users or staff.

5. Moderation and enforcement

Face-Off may review, restrict, unpublish, or remove content to protect users and platform integrity.

  • Moderation decisions can include warnings, temporary restrictions, or permanent account actions.
  • Repeated or high-risk violations can lead to immediate enforcement without prior warning.

6. Service availability and changes

Features can change over time as the product evolves.

  • We may update, suspend, or retire surfaces without guaranteed backward compatibility.
  • Planned maintenance or emergency security actions may temporarily limit access.

7. Liability and disclaimers

Face-Off is provided on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or fitness for every use case.

  • Creators remain responsible for their submissions and external store destinations.
  • Users should verify compatibility and security before installing third-party files.
